How do I know which engagement model is right for me?

What does "From $5,000" actually mean?
It's the starting point for simpler projects. More complex systems with larger datasets, deeper integrations, or custom model training will cost more. We agree on a fixed price in writing before development starts — no surprise invoices.
Do I own the code and models?
Yes. On Project Build and Retainer plans, you own 100% of the source code, the trained model weights, and all associated IP. On the Managed Service plan, we host and operate it, but the IP is yours. You can take it elsewhere at any time.
How quickly can you actually start?
For most projects, we can begin within one to two weeks of a signed agreement. If you're time-critical, tell us — we'll be honest about whether we can accommodate it and what expedited engagement looks like.
What if the project changes mid-build?
Scope changes happen. On fixed-price projects, we handle minor changes within budget; significant changes get a change order with a revised price agreed in writing before implementation. On Retainer plans, you simply redirect your hours — there's no penalty.
What technology stack do you use?
We choose the best tool for the problem — not the tool we're most comfortable billing for. That means OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, or open-source models; Python, TypeScript, or Go backends; AWS, GCP, or Azure infrastructure. We'll recommend what makes sense and explain exactly why.
